Term: 2026 to 2029
Pam Haley joined the Council in June 2016 when she was appointed to fill a vacancy. She is now serving her third four-year term through 2029. Haley served as the Deputy Mayor from 2018 to 2019 and Mayor for two terms from 2022 through 2025.
Haley is a small business owner who holds a master’s degree in both business and education.
Among the skills and interests Haley brings to her role as a Councilmember are budgeting, community partnerships, children's issues, negotiating, consulting and local issues.
