REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
Washington State Lobbying Services
The City of Spokane Valley seeks proposals from firms that specialize in lobbying for Washington state local government agencies. It is the intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to have the selected firm enter into an Agreement for Consultant Services with the City of Spokane Valley. The RFQ is available on the city’s website at www.spokanevalleywa.gov/359 under “Public Notices.” Deadline for submittal of Qualifications is 4:00 P.M. (local time), Monday, June 9, 2025. Submittals received after this time will not be accepted.
Firms responding to the RFQ shall send one electronic copy of its proposal (with all attachments in one pdf document) to vclough@spokanevalleywa.gov.
