ADDENDUM NO. 2
ATTENTION: All Bidders and Plan holders
All bidders are required to base their bid upon the information furnished in this addendum; and acknowledge receipt of this addendum as required in the Contract Documents. The following corrections/modifications are hereby made a part of the Contract Documents.
PART 2 – BID PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS
The Bid Proposal Documents are revised as follows:
On page 2, “Thirty (30) working days” is revised to “Thirty-Five (35) working days.”
In order to incorporate the above noted changes into this project, remove existing page 2 of the Bid Proposal Document and insert the attached revised Bid Proposal Document page 2 from Addendum No. 2.
PART 4 - SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The General Special Provisions are revised as follows:
On page SP-35, Section 1-08.5, Time for Completion, line 6, is replaced with the following:
“This project shall be physically completed within ***35*** working days.”
