This Addendum #1 pertains to the City’s Request for Proposals (RFP) regarding Landscape Maintenance for Parks, Trails, and Open Spaces. Addendum #1 serves as notice that Attachment D to the RFP is replaced with Attachment D-1.
Attachment D-1 is the sample contract which clarifies some terms, replaces the language in Section 16 Insurance, and updates the Signature Block on the last page.
