The City of Spokane Valley takes very seriously the takes seriously all complaints regarding the service provided by the Office, and the conduct of its members.
SVexpress is a web-and app- based service that allows resident to report a concern to the city, such as a downed street sign, pothole, illegal graffiti or dumping of trash. With your help, we can work together to ensure the city streets, pathways and parks are clean and safe. Report your concern by submitting a request for service through SVexpress 24/7 and it will be processed during regular business hours. SVexpress is also available via a mobile app download from the Apple Store or Google Play. Do not use SVexpress if it is an emergency, dial 911. This is a really great program.
