REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
City of Spokane Valley Marketing Program
The City of Spokane Valley seeks a full-service marketing and advertising consultant to implement its marketing program to help the city fully recognize its goals and objectives in the areas of economic development and event promotion. The consultant should be able to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives targeting specific audiences with a determined call to action, and provide data and analytics that measure and report performance outcomes.
The RFQ is available on the City’s website at www.spokanevalleywa.gov under Public Notices. Deadline for submittal of Qualifications is 4:00 PM (local time), Friday, March 29, 2024. Submittals received after this time will not be accepted. Any firm responding to the RFQ should deliver four print copies and one electronic copy (pdf) of its proposal to the City of Spokane Valley, attn Lesli Brassfield, 10210 E.
