NOTICE OF PLANNED FINAL ACTION FOR CONDEMNATION

 

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 8.25.290 of the Revised Code of Washington, the Spokane Valley City Council, at a meeting on August 22, 2023, will consider an ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to file a condemnation action to acquire land, rights-of-way, and easements relating to the Pines Road/BNSF Grade Separation Project.   A draft of the proposed ordinance is posted in our document center.

 

The ownership and tax parcel numbers of the property affected by this proposed final action for condemnation are as follows:

The meeting will commence at 6:00 p.m. at CenterPlace Reginal Event Center, 2426 N. Discovery Place, Spokane Valley, Washington 99216.
